We identified that Velora's products were strong but the buying experience was leaving revenue on the table at every stage. The strategy was twofold: automate operations to free the founder's time, and rebuild the conversion funnel to capture the revenue that was already walking through the door.
The Solution
We built 18 automations covering inventory alerts, order processing, customer support triage, and post-purchase nurture sequences. Redesigned the product pages and checkout flow for conversion.
